Shipping
Every item is printed when you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse. US orders leave production within 5 to 10 business days, and delivery time is added on top. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed.
Returns & replacements
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it free. Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 30 days. Because each piece is made to order, we can't take returns for sizing or change of heart, so check the size guide before you buy.
Payments & privacy
Payments are handled by a PCI-certified payment processor, and your card details never touch our servers. We keep only what an order needs (name, shipping address, email) and never sell your information.
