Creator Agreement

As a creator, you can design products, customize your storefront, and offer them to your audience. You control your branding and which products you sell; MerchHoster provides the platform, payments, and fulfillment.

You retain ownership of the designs and brand assets you upload. You represent that you have all rights necessary to sell them, and you grant us a limited license to display, print, and ship them to fulfill orders. You agree to indemnify MerchHoster against claims arising from your content.

You earn a share of the profit on each sale, where profit equals the retail price minus production cost, shipping, and payment processing fees. Your share percentage is shown in your dashboard and on each product before you publish it. The current default share is 70% of profit to the creator.

Earnings are totaled per calendar month and paid via our payment provider after a short holdback window to account for refunds and chargebacks. You must complete identity and tax verification with the payment provider to receive payouts.

You are responsible for your own income taxes. Where required, tax forms are issued through our payment provider.

Either party may end this agreement. On termination, we will pay out any earnings owed (subject to the holdback window) and stop accepting new orders for your store.
