By creating an account or using MerchHoster, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
MerchHoster lets creators design merchandise, launch a branded store, and earn a share of sales. We provide the storefront, payment processing, and on-demand print-and-ship fulfillment through our partners.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not upload or sell content that infringes intellectual property, is unlawful, hateful, or deceptive, or that you do not have the rights to use. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Orders, shipping & refunds
Products are made on demand and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Refund and return eligibility is described at checkout and in the store's policies. Certain custom items may be non-returnable except for defects.
Payments & payouts
Customer payments are processed by our payment provider. Creator earnings and payout terms are governed by the Creator Agreement.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, MerchHoster is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.
