Respecting intellectual property
MerchHoster respects the intellectual property of others and expects creators to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
Filing a notice
If you believe content on a MerchHoster store infringes your rights, send a notice to copyright@merchhoster.com including:
(1) your contact information; (2) identification of the work you claim is infringed; (3) the URL or product where the material appears; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
